I got more done on the water carrier then I thought I would, the body is completed and I am now working on the straps which are the more boring part of the whole thing.

Progress
I was able to sit down yesterday for a couple of hours and work on my water bottle cover. I got about 10 rounds completed. It is coming along fairly well at this point. It has the pineapple pattern going up the sides so it goes really fast. I am making it in size 10 pink thread...the straps will be made in either white or ecru...I haven't decided yet which one.
This is what it looks like so far...
Hopefully I will get to add some more rows this afternoon...

Getting started
I am hoping to be able to use this blog to show some of the thread crochet work that I am making and hopefully be able to sell some of them. I am not a designer, just a very big lover of crochet work.
I am currently working on a cover for my water bottle so that it will be easier to carry when I go out for a walk during the summer months. I found the pattern in a book that I didn't even remember having. Found the book when I was cleaning out my bookshelves in my craft room. The things you find when you are trying to get a bit organized. Now all I need to do is find a place for all of the different thread that I have and I will be all set.
I hope to be able to post a picture of the completed cover soon. It will all depend on how involved it is and how much time I have to work on it between my regular job.
